The owners were moving overseas for work and had a valuable wine collection to which they did not want the tenants to have access. As it was a dirt floor in the cellar a timber door would not have lasted, so a metal encapsulated door was installed. The job included the fitting of a door jamb, and the tidying of power cables.
The owners wanted to cut down the noise between the open plan living room and the lounge room where another TV created noise conflict, so I had french doors made to size, installed a door jamb, the french doors and then coated them with a varnish to match nearby doors.

Following a bathroom renovation I did, the owner decided all the doors in the house should match the new bathroom door. The doors were trimmed to each jamb, hung on high quality stainless steel hinges, latched with contemporary door furniture and painted.
