  • General or work enquiries are welcomed. Depending on how busy we are, it may take time for us to respond. If you want a speedy response to a general or work enquiry, it is best to phone Bruce. He will be happy to assist immediately if he can, or Bruce will ring you back shortly.

JOB BOOKINGS: (Please read below carefully)

  • If you select “Book-In” a job, this is a specific request by you to actually confirm a Booking for work to be done by Handy Work.

  • Actual Bookings will be entered into our Work Calendar and a confirmation email is sent to you, normally within 2 working days.

  • Because of our extensive experience, in most cases a Site Visit first is NOT necessary. We just run from booked job to booked job, thereby keeping costs down so you only pay for the quality work done and no more.

  • If you have specific questions phone Bruce at any time.

  • When your job comes up to be done, we will contact you by phone or text to finalise a mutually suitable commencement day.

  • Lead times before commencing your job vary from days to a few weeks, depending on how many clients got in ahead of you. “Good people are busy”. Get in early to avoid dissapointment.

  • Once the work is complete, a calculation is made of the actual hours on the job plus materials charges and an invoice is produced for the work actually done.

  • Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt of that invoice.
