Bruce from Handy Work has been involved in property inspections and repairs for over 35 years. We are fully set up to cost effectively inspect hard to reach areas, like your roof and other areas and can document, photograph or produce drone video of roofs or other areas so you can ensure costly maintenance neglect is a thing of the past.

Photography & video work has always run in Bruce’s veins. He has been doing it since he was 17 years old, so he has been doing it for over 50 years. Bruce can also do Real Estate Photography to either sell or rent out areas if you need it done using the most up to date “Flambient” or HDR techniques. We are also fully equiped with high resolution Drone cameras and high end mirrorless cameras.

Building inspections, property repair consulting and reporting is a common part of what we do. That said, sometimes a Licensed Builder is wanted, so when that more expensive route is needed you will need others to report instead, but if it is not a legal imperitive to have a builders license, then we can consult, advise and report should you need it. We certainly have long industry experience and know-how.
